Tratilo (tratilo.com) is a free classifieds platform in Paraguay. This policy explains what data we collect, what we use it for and what rights you have.

1. What data we collect

Account: name, email, password (stored encrypted and irreversibly) and, if you wish, phone and city.
Sign-in with Google: if you choose this option, we receive your name, your email (confirmed by Google) and an account identifier from Google. We do not receive your Google password or access your contacts, mail, files or any other data in your Google account.
Content you post: listings, photos, descriptions, the location you provide, messages between users and reviews.
Technical data: IP address, browser type and sign-in date, to protect your account and show you your open sessions.
Essential cookies: session, security (CSRF protection) and language. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

2. What we use the data for

Creating and protecting your account, and letting you post and communicate with other users.
Sending you service emails: email confirmation, password recovery, new messages, notices about your listings.
Moderating content, preventing fraud and abuse, and handling reports.
Improving and maintaining the site.

3. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. What you publish in a listing (title, photos, description, city, seller name and, if you enable it, your phone) is public. We use providers that process data on our behalf: email delivery (Brevo), server hosting, the map (OpenStreetMap) and, if you choose it, Google for signing in. We may disclose information if a competent authority requires it by law.

4. Retention

We keep your data while you have an account. If you delete your listings or your account, we delete or anonymize them, except what we must keep for legal obligations or to prevent abuse.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct and update your data from your profile, change your password, delete your listings and ask for your account to be deleted. For any question about your data, write to us through the report function or your account on the site.

6. Security

We protect the site with an encrypted connection (HTTPS), passwords stored with secure derivation functions, per-user access controls and attempt limits. No system is infallible: we recommend using a unique password.

7. Minors

Tratilo is not directed at people under 18.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
