Terms of use
Last updated: October 27, 2026
By using Tratilo (tratilo.com) you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. The service
Tratilo is a free platform where users post listings and contact each other. Tratilo is not a party to any sale, does not receive payments, and does not guarantee transactions or the quality, legality or availability of what is advertised. Agreements are made directly between people, and the money for a transaction does not pass through Tratilo.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and give us truthful information.
- You are responsible for the activity in your account and for keeping your password secret.
- You can sign in with an email and password or with your Google account.
3. Posting rules
- Post only what you can legally sell or offer, with real photos and descriptions.
- It is forbidden to post illegal, stolen, counterfeit, dangerous or misleading products or services, offensive or discriminatory content, spam and duplicate listings.
- Do not use Tratilo to scam, to demand deceptive advance payments, or to collect other users' data.
- Reviews must reflect a real purchase and be respectful.
4. Moderation
We may review, hide, reject or remove listings and reviews, and suspend or close accounts that break these terms, including switching on manual review of your listings. Where possible, we will tell you the reason.
5. Safe transactions
Meet in public places, check the item before paying and be wary of offers that look too good. Never share passwords or access codes.
6. Liability
We provide the site “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Tratilo is not liable for losses arising from transactions between users, for content posted by third parties, or for service interruptions.
7. Content you post
You remain the owner of your content. You authorize us to display it on the site and to process it to provide the service for as long as it is published.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the current version will always be on this page. They are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay.
